You can access the administrator's back-end of your store here;
To modify this welcome message you should update the "txt_welcome" language variable on the "Languages" page in your administrator's back-end;
You can remove the demo products by removing the demo categories and all the products included will be deleted automatically;
If you want to install some other skin (color, layout, etc) shipped with x-cart you should use the installation script choose "Re-install skin files" mode. You can find your auth-code in x-cart administrator's back-end, on the "Summary" page;
If you need to rename the X-Cart directory do not forget to update the "config.php" file;
